All orders placed before 3pm EST on business days ship the same day. Orders after 3pm or on weekends ship the next business day. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

If you’re not satisfied for any reason within 30 days of delivery, we’ll take it back and refund you in full. No questions, no restocking fee, no complicated process.

We send a prepaid label
We email you a prepaid return shipping label within 2 hours. Print it and drop at any USPS location.

Refund within 2 business days
Once received and inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method.
Condition: Returns must be in original condition — clean, unmodified, not deliberately damaged.

Our mistake, our fix.

If your order arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, email us with a photo and your order number. We’ll ship a replacement the same day. You do not need to return the damaged item.

Every Apex pen comes with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. No expiry date, no registration required, no limit on claims.

Email support@apexedc.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo. We’ll reply within one business day. In most cases, we’ll ship a replacement immediately with no need to return the defective pen.

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, European Union member states, and Australia. If your country isn’t listed, email us — we’ll do our best.
